Do Not Buy From Abelanani!!!

Worst service from a promo company ever. I am a reseller and have dealt with Abelanani sporadically over the last 7 years - but they are now at a point that they cannot be trusted with orders at all. I placed an order of branded pencil cases (R29000) and when I called the day before delivery was due, I was only then told that they had not received the material to make the pencil cases yet!!! I tried for another 2 weeks to get the order done for my client, to no avail so had to cancel the order. During those 2 weeks, communication was terrible with no feedback at all, at most times. In addition to this order, I had another order of name badges, which were delivered late AND without the magnets that go with them - they said that their supplier was out of magnets and that I can buy my own and attach them!!! Their Durban branch has a magnet supplier NEXT DOOR but they were not willing to get from them!! It took just under 4 months to get my full refund for the pencil cases and it would have taken longer if I did not follow up so many times. Refund was over 3 payments - this company is obviously running out of money and will be insolvent soon so do not pay them any money as you may not ever get it back.
