Bad Service!

For the past 2 years we have not had one order with Abelanani without a problem. We have received orders that are short (received much less in quantity than what was ordered), orders that are not even branded (lanyards when ordered with branding), orders that are not on time - almost every order. The service is not great at all. There needs to be a better customer service team please!!
