ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. TURNAROUND DATE IS 5 TO 7 DAYS. 9 DAYS LATER THE GOODS AREN'T READY. EVEN BETTER THEY HAVENT STARTED PRODUCTION OF WHAT WE HAD ORDERED. FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE ON THE DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED.

How this company still operates is beyond me. The staff keep passing the buck when it comes to taking responsibility. There staff handling is poor and shocking. Such a frustrating experience.

As long as i live we never want to deal with this company ever again.
