Appalling Service

Having been in business for very many years, I have had the pleasure and occasionally the displeasure of dealing with so many suppliers. I never thought it possible for any business to treat their paying customers so poorly. My awful experience with Abelanani includes: - Having to nag, to the point of begging for feedback on an order placed - Their www stock available is NOT updated, misleading the client. - Lead-times offered on their www misleading - After confirming availability, we made payment to commence production, only to receive an email stating insufficient stock of the material is available to fulfill my order - this after checking and confirming deadlines will be met - No-one returns calls - No apology is made, no alternative solution is offered - And now, we wait for a refund....... I wonder how much nagging will need to be done for this to be effected
