ABELANANI YOU ARE COMPLETELY USELESS

The service here is ridiculously poor.....i'm working on branded samples for a client who wants to start brand activations. Unfortunately for me ?'ve had to come to THIS supplier because my reliable main suppliers do not have these two side branded domed keyrings that I'm looking for.<br> <br> Tuesday i placed the order, a Lindani takes my call, i mention what it is i''m looking for, I agree to put it down on email , she disappears with no response. I call again to find a Precious Nxumalo, she sounds eager to help, i forward her the email i'd sent only for her to come back to me on Thursday with incorrect artwork.<br> <br> Boiling hot I speak to manager Desmond, only after the complaint, the correct artwork comes back. Artwork arrives and still no quotation with that. <br> <br> It's Friday today, my main suppliers have completed the jobs given to them and Abelanani since Tuesday still has not sent me a sales order/quotation. I've already sent Precious 2 emails requesting the quote so i can approve artwork and make payment for them to start the job.<br> <br> ABELANANI YOUR SERVICE IS POOR, DISGUSTING, USELESS AND WHOEVER IS READING THIS AND IS CONSIDERING THEM..THINK TWICE
