worst service iv ever received from insurance
logged a claim and submitted claim forms on friday.
48 working ours later, claim has not been assigned, no feedback is been provided, claim documents have not been checked.
Constants thumb sucking infromation and guessing TAT.
What kind of circus insurance is this?
