Worst insurance company

The worst insurance you can ever have!! I have been their client for over 5 year, paying consistently and now I missed one payment, I asked them to debit twice on the next payment date and the agent rep**** and said they have attached a form form me, but there was no form attached, now they are telling me that my policy has lapsed because of owing only 2 premiums. Which I am begging them to deduct immediately! Imagine begging someone to take your own money! I have been loyal to them all those year and now they are telling me about not being able to reinstate a lapsed contract after they failed to send me the proper documentation! And one missed debit and then the next month they ddnt deduct! Don’t ever take this policy! They will waste your years and dump you like you never existed
