worst experience ever

you have the worst most poor service. you claims department consultants are the worst. they talk as if they own the world. one lady even dropped the call on me. i can never ever recommend your company to anyone been calling so many times my issue still not resolved. this other lady even laughed at me. so ********* and rude behaviors. its disgusting . im hurt going through a loss and this is the service i got. pathetic
