Worse service. Don't bother

The worst service in the world don't bother taking an insurance with them. Claimed on the 4 January it's been a month and they keep on saying it wasn't logged how when I have proof? They say they can't find my email yet I was given even a case Id. Don't bother yourself they have the worst service
