With Abacus Insurance you as a client don’t matter!

I submitted a claim on the 18th, received a call on the 23 to confirm what I submitted and nothing more. No estimation of the turnaround time or something. How much longer is all this going to take.Today is the 26th and still the wait continues…This is really frustrating and quite frankly annoying.

Kindly conclude the claim so I know where I stand but never again. This is very bad service. I am not happy at all and regret taking the cover.
