Useless ******** company

Biggest **** of all ****s. I regret the day I took an insurance with this company even regret taking my daughter’s phone there. It’s been two months and days without her phone whilst her having a phone is an emergency. I’ve called thousands times and I’m told they have escalated the matter. The way they expect this shops to advertise for them and force us into taking an insurance, you will swear they are legit. Useless company useless service and I want my daughter’s phone immediately fixed or not fixed with my money back and the other money I took for my baby’s tablet. I will fix that phone myself. I’m no ways going to deal with a ******** company. I hope people see this company for what it is. **** the biggest ******** company in South Africa. I want my daughter’s phone and my money back i will fix it again. Next time anyone is looking for an insurance company to insure their gadgets look for legit companies and not this **** of company known as Abacus which we actually never heard of. I actually thought HIFI were the ones doing the insurance.
