Useless manager by the name of Neo/Lebo

I jad put in a claim last year 16 November for a ****** phone with all the required documents needed which having to ppen up a case, fill in forms etc, till to date been in contact with the manager by the name Lebo/Neo his got a ****d deep voice. His been playing victim as if he put in the claim and pretending to assist me and assured me he will get back to me. Spoke to him Feb/march he **** and said will get back to me with way forward but nothing, again on May called him he said he will contact the store in order to get my claims done til now nothing, i called him again 2weeks back he then again assured me he will contact the store the next day which was then Thursday he will call me back believe you me nothing!!! Abacus is a **** and need my money back or claims done.
