I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company. After faithfully paying premiums and trusting them to provide support during one of the most difficult times for our family, they failed to pay out our funeral claim when we needed it most.

The claims process was frustrating, slow, and filled with excuses. Instead of receiving the assistance we were promised, we were met with poor communication, delays, and a complete lack of compassion. A funeral policy is supposed to provide financial relief during a time of grief, but this company added stress and hardship to an already painful situation.

I would not recommend this insurer to anyone. If a company cannot honor a legitimate funeral claim when families are at their most vulnerable, it has failed in its most important responsibility. Think carefully before trusting this company with your hard-earned money.
