Unhelpful Abacus and Hi Fi Corp.
Please do not buy insurance for your electronic devices (sold at retail stores such as Hi Fi Corp or Incredible Connection etc.). We lodged a claim in December 2022. No feedback, call centre does not work and e-mails not answered. You are better-off adding the device to your household insurance. Don't place your faith on the retail store that sold you the insurance as well...Hi Fi Corp in Menlyn has failed to follow-up of get any update from Abacus too.
