Unfair repudiation

My retrenchment claim was declined because it was reported late. I was never told about the 14-day reporting rule or given any policy documents when I took the insurance at Russell’s. I also wasn’t informed that my policy was under Abacus Life or that terms had changed.

I’m unemployed and trusted this policy for support. I disputed the repudiation and my claim was still rejected.
