Unattended claim

It has been over a month now that I have sent out an insurance claim since I have been retrenched from work... I have sent all the required paperwork for the claim, but I have not been assisted to date..this month you guys went ahead and debited from my account the last money I had...how do you guys expect me to make ends meet after I have informed you guys in time that I have lost my source of income
