Theft claim deemed negligence

Pointless insurance!! I insured a laptop that got ****** from my car and the outcome of the claim was deemed"negligence" without reasons or any form of communication. I had to go to incredible connection to be updated on the claim status. This is after a month of continuous enquiry. What then is the point of having insurance with you guys? I am utterly disappointed and angry at the level of service.
