terrible service

We are facing an international pandemic where the whole world is at risk. I need my tablet's screen to be repaired and they are insisting I put my life at risk to go get an affidavit and a certified copy of my ID. Are they prepared to accept the risk if I should get infected by going to get these documents as per their instructions? They should adjust the requirements. I have told them that I can write a signed statement and send a copy of my ID and they still are not responding to me nor trying to assist
