Terrible service

Terrible service... they say death claim takes 48 hours to pay out but a week later i am being sent from pillar to post with each agent saying a different thing. Agents keep hanging up and say the manager is is meetings..... On top of my moms death, i have to be dealing with such incompetency. I am livid.
