Terrible, ***********, Poor and Useless service

This is the terrible, *********** and unprofessional insurance company that i came across. i have been with them for many years. It is unfortunate that i did not have information about them before i join them. They can not communicate with the customer, any decision that they take can not be communicated with the customer. They decided to lapse my policy without even talking to me even sms or email. This is the worse insurance company that i will never encourage anyone to join, from now on wards will tell whoever i refered to join that they must start looking for the better policy, this one will shock you on your days of claims and leave you stranded. they lapsed my policy while i have been paying via cash deposit, after they lapsed it they did not even talk to me about it, myself i continued paying. i called them today to check if my payment is all captured, thats where they told me that my policy lapsed. This is very bad, my day is ruined, i took this policy for my grandmother, mean now my grandma is not covered just because of *********** consultant that can not do their job. i am very disapointed by their terrible and poor service. Now the consultant is telling me that they cnt reinstate the policy while it wasnt my fault. ABACUS INSURANCE I WANT YOU TO REINSTATE MY POLICY OR YOU REFUND ALL MY MONEY THAT I PAID TO YOU. Last this; i am going make that my wife also cancel the policy that she has with you.
