store communication error

<div>My name its Ntokozo Dube last year 29-09-2019 I lost all belongings bank cards , drivers liecense and my IPHONE6 I went and claim my phone under the inssurance by the name of Abacus Insurance (under Incredibel Connection Store) and they was no communication at all from them and today 24-01-2020 and I was told that my phone its been declain , Iphone was billing me every month and I was hoping that I will recieve a new phone since they told me thell get back to me. All this months I did not recieve any communication from the insurance Abacus, They gave me no Claim Number while on my side I have submitted all the claiming paper work. Today I had a long conversation calling them got a Lady named Dudu who coudnt admitted shes wrong for not contacting me and telling me the claim is beed rejected i can processed to get another phone as Itunes bills me every month with no phone. </div>
