*****STERS WHO DONT WANT TO PAY

****** ! ****** ******! My partner submitted a claim with 15 MAY 2023 HI-FI CORP after he was ****** of his cellphone. These *****sters tried to avoid approving the claim and wanted a sms or letter from MTN with the ITC number knowing very well MTN does not provide such! We were lucky and were advised by MTN that they know these ****MERS we should send an email to customer service MTN instead. Once we got the email with the ITC number from MTN they started ducking and diving not responding to emails and calls yet they were very prompt when requesting for the ITC and responding back after we typed it on the email that they dont want it that way. CROOOOOOOOKS OF NOTE IVE FILED AN OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINT info @ ombud.co.za (NO SPACES INBETWEEN) AND I HOPE ALL OF YOU DO THE SAME THEIR LICENCE NEEDS TO BE REVOKED I WILL NOT REST THEY WILL PAY ****** ****** .
