Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Repudiated Claim - Reference Number ABC-***3

My name is Tumelo Mncina, and I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an ongoing issue with my laptop and the associated insurance claim.

I purchased a laptop with a one-time insurance policy. Unfortunately, the laptop’s fan has been persistently noisy. I initially booked it for repairs under reference number IC-ASUS-***. Despite this repair, the issue was not resolved, and the fan continued to be noisy.

I subsequently returned the laptop to the insurance provider for replacement as the repair was ineffective. The laptop was booked in with reference number IC-ASUS-***. However, it is still in the possession of the insurance provider.

I received an SMS with reference number IC-ASUS-***, followed by another SMS stating that my claim has been repudiated with reference number ABC-***3-1. I am concerned and confused about the reason for this repudiation, especially given that the issue with the laptop persists.
