Rejected claim

Hi,

I claimed at Abacus insurance for my capfin account on loss of qualifying income however my claim was rejected.

I have 2 active loans which was taken in jan and in April.

However they are advising me that they cannot assist as they took the book in April.

My loan for April is 3 months however they are not willing to pay for these claims.

Capfin advised that abacus is their insurer and they i beleive they need to pay for the outstanding amount even on the loan that was taken in January.

Capfin only recognizes abacus as their insurance and they do not state their insurer prior to abacus
