Pure ****!!!!

Don't use this insurance company. It's a ****!!!! They told me my claim has been approved I should pay the access, I did that then they advised me that my claim has been rejected because my laptop was exposed. I mean the laptop was inside my car at the backseat inside a black laptop bag and my car windows are dim. I fail to understand what is the purpose of an insurance? Don't use this company..!!!@
