POOR TECHNICAL SERVICES

This insurance company brought back my phone after fixing a screen with more cracks and chips and have been ignoring my call for a refund or a new phone. They have technicians that deliver poor service to customers. I still want my refund I will not accept a phone that is brought back in a worse off condition than it was before they undertook repairs on the phone.
