Poor service from lake of hell

I doubt if the workers of this company are in good state of mind. I sent documents for disability three weeks ago no reply up until I made follow up Monday the 13th Jan and i was advised to send employment confirmation which I did on the same day. No one came back to me after several calls and emails, only today Zanele called me and advised that she didn't receive the confirmation letter which was sent on already. i had to resend it shes now telling me that she need a new doctors report. Is there a quickest way for consumer protection act to close Abacus Insurance?
