Poor service, by a deeply desturb customer.

Hi, out there abacus life insurance is truly a bad insurance company people don't waste your time and money with them. We had put in a claim for my grandma on about the 1ste August 2024 waited and waited but no reply. My mother then asked my sister to help out with the claim at first they said they would pay out later they asked that we should put in another claim for the same existing policy just for them to get back to us and tell us that the claim has been declined/denied of which my did always pay on time. She had a problem once at pep with the account number and did call to tell them what the problem was Shortly it was rectified and kept on paying Sadly at the end pay-out has been denied. Anybody out there that can assist my mom please she is an elder lady and is actually counting on that money as she had to make debts for the funeral and have to pay people their money back who helped her out while waiting for the policy to pay out.
