poor service Abacus

Really very poor service. Put in a claim for lost cellphone after all documents that they wanted were obtained in December. Got an email saying claim is received. Phoned in January they did not receive the claim. Send it again. Phoned again a week later, claim is not received. I send it again. Goodness me... This is getting ridiculous.
