Please focus more on the timing

I had lodged in a claim for a ****** iPhone on the 14th of October, it took them 2 weeks for them to look at the claim but once they looked at it, it took them 3-4 days to get to a conclusion. I ended up getting my claim accepted on the 31st of October. The service was okay but I just wish they would be more Time savvy to the person insured. Thank you
