Phone claim with abacus insurance

Im angry at abacus insurance, my sister made a phone claim with abacus insurance via Incredible connections after the phone was lost to due house ******* and submitted all the necessary documentations on the 13th of april even today there's no feedback, the store promised us that the turn around time is 10 days but it's a full month now and nothing has been said. Honestly this is not fair.
