****** Phone claim Decline but money is still deducted on my accout
Good day
I insured my iphone pro max with abacus insurance and started on the 31st May 2022 to pay it and thats when it start to cover me my phone was ****** and i process a claim on time and was shocked to find out that my policy elapsed if the insurance is 12months it should end on the 31 May 2023 and why did you debit the money for this month on the 25-05-2023 if your saying the cover has already ended started on the 31st of May 2022 and should end 31st May 2023
Please sort this mess my phone was still insured under the 12month plan i sent you all the relevant documents with all the proof and affidavit
and why are you saying you received my claim on the 10th of May ??? i processed the claim on the 1st of May at incrediable connections at west gate
