Pathetic and delayed service that cost me an adjustment in medical health

I've had my capfin loans for over years now. And I've been in hospital for over 50 days being diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases. I'm currently in High care receiving aggressive treatment and doctors are booking me off for at least 6 months to recover. During this time, I will be temporary incapacitated or on disability with limited access to funds based on medical bills.

Abacus is giving me the run around stating I need to make a payment plan with capfin. So why are they charging credit life of they cannot assist. I've emailed doctors reports, letters, diagnosis and everything that's required. I'm typing through one eye which makes thinks so difficult. They've gone and debited a full installment even though I had to R3300 for my massive DVT running through my entire leg. This is ridiculous and money I don't have. I never said I can't pay I said a reduced installment until I can sort my medical bills
