NIGHTMARE WITH ABACUS INSARANCE

ABACUS INSURANCE SUCKS.

0n the 17th March 2022 I me and my wife we bought 4plate Stove, Queen size bed and the deep freezer fridge at Bradlouws at their Khayelitsha store. At the store the sales person insisted that we take Abacus as our insurance, even though we informed him that we have our own house contend insurance with Outsarance, saying we can't be approved if we don't take it its part of the deal.

after a week they had delivered the stuff, we had a house ******* almost everything was taken including the stuff that was delivered by bradlouws. Outsarance paid everything else and they said we must claim those three items from Abacus, which we did. That when our stress started because the no communication, after we lagged a claim we have never heard from them sometime they hang up on you if you are luck and your call is answered. eventually when they sent their assessor they then they disappear again until we phoned them back and forth and they say they have not received the report but the store says they emailed a week ago. when we phone again they say the claim is declined when we ask why don't they send something in writing with the reasons why our claim is decline. They have not send anything in two weeks .

am not happy with their service, very poor customer service I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services. I did not have anything with outsurance they paid immediately after they have done their investigation. they were in touch the whole time giving me updates constantly and they replaced everything worth of R60k except the 3 items i bought from Bradlouws.
