My Name is Patrick Lethae I submitted a claim of my late Mother from 2023 up to this date this people have been taking me from pillar to post. I submitted all the documents that they required everytime I call them they tell me the person who is holding my case is on leave her name is Gogo. Everytime she is unavailable. I called again today they told me that my case is with the management. I am sick and tired of this people and I don't know why they are unable to release my mother's money.
