Am having problems with the abacus insurance which they said they don't cover for electrical problem that occurred on my laptop during load shedding. So am mentioning this to know if this is really fair for me as am still paying monthly installments and the store where I bought the laptop can seen to help me with the matter as the say warranty time if way over.
