Money deducted

I claimed for my sleepmasters account on loss of qualifying income. I submitted all the documents required and the claim was registered however i do beleive that when we claim the system is supposed to stop the debit orders from going through. Ive recently just lost my job and money was deducted from my account whilst my claim is in progress. I would like to be refunded my money as insurance has to oay for this amount.
