Claim was submitted last year July and I’ve never received an feedback regarding my laptop, simphiwe Ndlovu from the complaint department was handling my case, I’ve sent her countless emails with no response, I Cced Nelisiwe Skhosana as well who was the one who assigned the case to simphiwe but the both just ignored my emails
