Loss of income claim

This is by far the worst service ever!!! I've been trying to claim from the 30th of March 2021... All i get is an automatic response... Wow!! Wow!!! Wow!!! I called... I was told they are checking on the system and they'll call me back... Till this hour... I'm still waiting... I send follow up emails... I still get auto reply mails... I don't even know how to rate this because honestly you don't deserve even 1 star 🤞🤞🤞

Why should we begg you for assistance???
