Its not a wonder tey are rated as one of the worst insurance companies as nobody has contacted me

So i write a review last week stating this. Last week 2023.09.29 I received an sms stating something I had to open. Couldnt open it so emailed the complaints department Three days later I once again emailed the complaints department I then phoned abacus and explained the situation Asked them to e mail whatever it was they were trying to send me Well even after giving all my personal details and email address nothing has come through. I was told they will email me but still nothing a day later. Now get told there is a glitch in the system and we must phone back next week, Do these people know what they are doing and saying.
