Iphone 13 claim

Iphone 13 claim, submitted the claim with Incredible connections regarding my lost phone on the 15th of July 2023, till today (15 August 2023) i haven't heard anything from Abacus. Not even a message/email acknowledging the receipt of my claim, poooor service, i am really disappointed at this insurance as i use my cellphone for business purposes. I just wish incredible connection advised me about this insurance and their ****ty service instead of recommending them. we are being ****med here and this needs to be reported to ombudsman!!!!
