Insurance ****

I bought 12 computer tablets with abacas policies from incredible connection. One was ****** and a claim made. It was rejected for negligence without further explanation. I appealed asking what made it neglehgent and after longer than a month have not even had an acknowledgment of the appeal. This is a **** !!
