Insurance Claim

I made a claim with Abacus on the 18th November 2019 for my husband Qcina Dalton Khumalo I'd *** still not paid out. I've been querying them through John Craig every second day. I sent Charlene emails which she ignored. I spoke to her last Thursday and she told me she first declined it now she had all the documents it will be sorted. I'm still waiting Please help Muriel
