I'm waiting from the beginning of July 2024 to get the recordings that I've requested from them. They told me it will take up to 30 days to get back to me. A lady called me a few weeks ago, to ask what my complaint was about and I explained as per my several emails sent to them. Up until today, the haven't contacted or email me with regards to my complaint. I am not happy with their poor service.😠
