If You Value Your Peace of Mind Stay Away from Abacus in Cahoots with PAXI!!!!

This business seems to be working with PAXI and they have both equally horrible service. After PAXI giving me the run around to reimburse me for my lost parcel they finally referred me to Abacus and instructed me to claim. Now Abacus is doing the same thing, giving me the run around and using stalling tactics. After checking their reviews on this site I realised that the old “your claim was declined because of not having uploaded required documents” is one of their tactics. Even if you do send them your documents they will claim to not have received them.

They also sent a link to upload the said documents (which they already have) and now when I try to upload them not even a day later the link is no longer accessible.

I can’t help feeling like I was ****med by both these companies. The value of my parcel that was lost was R650 but because I didn’t have insurance at the time PAXI lost my parcel I am forced to only claim for R500 of which both PAXI and Abacus Insurance are making me run around like a headless chicken for.
