I need Answers. How is Something ****** NEGLIGENCE?????

Pathetic Service I am so Disgusted with Abacus Insurance Service and I so wish they can stop operating because they are a ****. I can’t believe this is the 2nd time Abacus is actually doing this to me. I have put in a claim for my kids Tablets that they use for online schooling, I have bought 3 tablets for my kids at Incredible Connection, when my nanny STOLE my kids tablets whilst she was going home . I then put in a claim with Abacus Insurance on the 31st of July 2021...having took a Whole month to give us feedback on what was happening.. Then Abacus Insurance Decline my Claim saying it is NEGLIGENCE... can anyone tell me how something ****** is negligence?? HOW??? I am so Livid about this coz I had hope for my kids to continue with school.
