I have a cellphone insurance lots my phone claimed for it was declined with no valid reason..i went up and down coz they wanted an ITC number in a form of an sms or email..when I finally send them that they decline...i have sent emails to their complaints department no respond..the person who was busy with the process no respond ..went on thier fb page was told to forward my numbers they will call till todate nothing....
