I am still awaiting the recordings from them

I am still awaiting the recordings from them. I have requested it since July. I have explained to the lady who called me and when I told her what happened she was shocked and told me she will discussed it with management. They never rep**** to any emails. They never called me back. They deposited the money into my brother's wife account and as I explained to them, they did not handle my case correctly since I app**** for this policy. I wanted the recordings from the day I opened the policy for my brother. I will inform other clients of the bad experience I had with them and how bad they treat their customers. They said that they will reply within 30 days. NO REPLY UP UNTIL TODAY. I AM SO SORRY THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER WITH THE FAIS OMBUDSMAN IF I DON'T GET A RESPONSE AFTER THIS MESSAGE.
