First time claim, Worst experience

I don’t understand why Incredible Connection would use such as a partnered insurer. I have a device claim which doesn’t seem as if it is going to happen. I opened a case & submitted along with ITC number. Now they requesting the SMS to show proof the device is blocked by service provider. I go to MTN & they tell me the blacklisting failed. Now Nonhlanhla Mdolo is assisting or giving a way forward. I pay for this insurance & paid in-store a deposit & now I am not being assisted. To Abacus Insurance, leave insurance to companies that are meant to be insurers. Your reviews are probably the worst I’ve come across & I would not recommend you anywhere & to Incredible Connections.. there’s Hollard, Naked insurance, MTN insurance.
