Complain to Abacus insurance

My name is George Thabang Mohoje Claim number : 008i-007609

On the 11th of February i sent my claim of Macbook to Abacus insurance with the attachments required,Then on the 17th of February i sent supporting documents to Kelebogile Khalipha which was ( Witness statement, Complainant Statement,List of ****** properties,Entry proof document and Decleration document.

From the 17th of February i have been sending emails together with Incredable connection store to follow up on the claim than on the 24th of February Kelebogile Khalipha responded to my email saying she didnt received any Documents than i therefore sent her screen shot of sent Documents together with attached pdf Documents requested.

From the 24th February to Date,she went mute i reported the matter to the store for assistance as they were also following up on the claim,

This morning 08th March i was requested for affidavit from the Insurance Department they also stated that i need to send documents asap as the ticket is long overdue despite that i have been following up on the claim response if they receive what they were looking for,after sending it to the store I received an email and Sms that states my Claim has been rejected due to failure to send a detailed Affidavit of which i fail to understand that i have sent 2 affidavit with supporting documents that states the macbook and phones and other assets were ****** from the complainant which is my Sibling
